Warranty: ACME Writing Tools have been designed with a full One Year Warranty on any manufacturer's defects. Damaged lacquer is not covered by our warranty.

The use of a non ACME brand refill automatically voids this warranty.

Within one year of purchase, return your ACME Writing Tool with a dated proof of purchase, and US$17.50 for shipping and handling.

After one year, any ACME Writing Tool is not covered under the warranty, will be gladly repaired. Please refer to our REFURBISHING SERVICE.

Your ACME watch is warranted to the original owner for a period of twenty-four months from date of purchase, not by the dealer it was purchased, but by ACME Studios, Inc., for materials and workmanship in the movement. This warranty excludes the following: necessary cleaning of the movement, case, finish on case, batteries, crystal and strap. This warranty also does not cover any failure of your watch due to misuse such as immersion in water, rust (water-resistant watches excluded), either for reasons beyond our control such as accident neglect or replacement of parts such as case, strap, bracelet, at which time a moderate charge will be made (above handling charge). This warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with, or if the defect is related to servicing not performed by ACME. If your watch is beyond repair, it will be returned to you in the condition received. Should your watch develop a defect, for fast service DO NOT return your watch to dealer from whom purchased. Return your watch, warranty, proof of purchase, and check or money order for the amount of $17.50, to ACME Studio, Inc./Service Dept., this is not a repair charge but a cost to cover handling, packing, insurance and postage. Outside the U.S. please include US$35.00. Liability is limited solely to the repair of the watch. We disclaim liability for consequential damages, for breach of any express or implied warranty including merchantability of fitness for purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
