If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged please contact our customer service via email at acmestudiomaui@gmail.com for a return authorization number. Upon receiving this number, write it on the outside of your package. All returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

To return products to ACME Studio:
All items must be unused and in a sellable condition, a 15% restocking fee may apply. You may receive a refund, replacement, or online store credit.
