This is a "Pushoff" for standard, Flat Top shaped, ACME Roller Ball Pens. It includes a gold washer, shaped specifically for ACME's flat top shaped pens. If your pen won't properly close, and the cap has trouble snapping to the barrel, this is the part you need. This part will include printed, simple instructions.
