On this factory sample, the stripes were originally lined up wrong, so adjacent black stripes appeared where the cap and barrel meet, as well as on the end cap. These flaws were corrected before going into production, so as a result, these samples are extremely rare. In fact only TWO of these pens will ever be available for sale. This pen comes packaged in a matching custom box with a black 8126 refill.
