This is a production sample of a pen designed by Bob Zoell. It features signatures that are on the Declaration of Independence. This design never went into open production. Only 6 of these were made. 2 will be held in the company archives in perpetuity. One was sent to the designer for approval and only 3 were ever available for sale. This is the LAST pen of the style remaining.
